Patient Rules & Guidelines

Please read the following clinic rules carefully before starting your treatment package.

Rules for Patients

  1. Full package charge must be paid in advance.
  2. It is necessary to come regularly at the scheduled time for treatment. If there is a need to change the time, prior intimation is compulsory.
  3. No refund policy for all treatment packages.
  4. There will be no refund of package fees under any circumstances.
  5. A peaceful atmosphere must be maintained in the clinic premises.
  6. Patients are not allowed to take any photos or videos.
  7. For social media usage, prior written consent from the patient is mandatory.
  8. Patients who do not wish to appear on clinic social media must inform us before treatment begins.
  9. If consent is provided, photos/videos may be used for clinic branding and public awareness purposes.

દર્દીઓ માટેના નિયમો

  1. પેકેજ ચાર્જ સંપૂર્ણ એડવાન્સમાં ચુકવવો ફરજીયાત છે.
  2. નિયત કરેલા સમયે ઉપચાર માટે હાજર રહેવું જરૂરી છે. સમય બદલવો હોય તો આગોતરી માહિતી આપવી ફરજીયાત છે.
  3. સમયમાં ફેરફાર ક્લિનિકની અનુકૂળતા મુજબ જ મંજૂર થશે.
  4. કોઈ પણ સંજોગમાં પેકેજ ફી રિફંડ થતી નથી.
  5. ક્લિનિકના પ્રાંગણમાં શાંતિ જાળવવી ફરજીયાત છે.
  6. દર્દીઓ પોતાની જાતે કોઈ પણ પ્રકારના ફોટા કે વિડિયો લઈ શકતા નથી.
  7. સોશિયલ મીડિયા માટે ફોટો કે વિડિયો લેવો અથવા ઉપયોગ કરવો હોય તો દર્દીની પૂર્વ લેખિત સંમતિ ફરજીયાત છે.
  8. જેમને તેમનો ફોટો/વિડિયો સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર ન આવે તેવી ઇચ્છા હોય તેમણે શરૂઆતમાં જ જાણ કરવી.
  9. દર્દી સંમતિ આપે તો ફોટો/વિડિયોનો ઉપયોગ ક્લિનિક દ્વારા બ્રાન્ડિંગ અને જનજાગૃતિ માટે થઈ શકે છે.
