Rules for Patients:
- 1. Full package charge must be paid in advance.
- 2. It is necessary to come regularly at the scheduled time for treatment. If there is a need to change the time, prior intimation is compulsory.
- 3. No refund policy for all treatment packages
- 4. There will be no refund of package fees under any circumstances.
- 5. A peaceful atmosphere must be maintained in the clinic premises.
- 6. Patients are not allowed to take any photos or videos for any reason.
- 7. If any photo or video is to be taken or used for social media, prior written consent from the patient is required.
- 8. Those who do not wish their photo/video to appear on the clinic's social media must inform this at the beginning.
- 9. If a patient gives consent for photos/videos, they may be used by the clinic for branding and public awareness purposes
- ૧. પેકેજ ચાર્જ સંપૂર્ણ એડવાન્સમાં ચુકવવો ફરજીયાત છે.
- ૨. નિયત કરેલા સમયે ઉપચાર માટે હાજર રહેવું જરૂરી છે. સમય બદલવો હોય તો આગોતરી માહિતી આપવી ફરજીયાત છે.
- ૩. સમયમાં ફેરફાર કિલનીકની અનુકૂળતા મુજબ જ મંજૂર થશે.
- ૪. કોઈ પણ સંજોગમાં પેકેજ ફ્રી રિફંડ થતી નથી.
- ૫. કિલનીકના પ્રાંગણમાં શાંતિ જાળવવી ફરજીયાત છે.
- ૬. દર્દીઓ પોતાની જા તે કોઈ પણ પ્રકારના ફોટા કે વિડીયો લઇ શકતા નથી.
- ૭. સોશિયલ મીડિયા માટે ફોટો કે વિડીયો લેવો અથવા ઉપયોગ કરવો હોય તો દર્દીની પૂર્વ લખીત સંમતિ ફરજીયાત છે.
- ૮. જેઓ ઇચ્છે કે તેમનો ફોટો / વિડીયો Clinic ના સોશિયો મીડિયા પર ન આવે, તેમણે શરૂઆતમાં જ સ્પષ્ટ જણાવવું જરૂરી છે.
- ૯. જો દર્દી ફોટો/ વિડીયો માટે સંમતિ આપે છે. તો તેનો કાયમી ઉપયોગ કિલનિક / દ્વારા બ્રાન્ડિંગ અને જનજાગૃતિ માટે કરવમાં આવી શકે છે.
